Kids in Motion is a unique gymnastics-based program designed for students aged 1-11 years old to move, explore what their bodies can do, and persist through challenges. Our mission is to develop, strengthen, and celebrate our students!
Our curriculum is designed by experts and approved by pediatric therapists so that our students experience as much physical, mental, emotional, and social benefit as possible. A big tenet of our programming is character-building and fostering the growth of the whole-child.
We believe that the confidence, discipline, and healthy habits that develop from kids in motion will provide the momentum to find continued success beyond the gym–in school, play, and other activities!

A Typical Class:
Affirmations and Introductions
Introduce ourselves
Spread positivity to oneself and to others
Introduce the character theme and skill focus of class
Ex: a class in November may focus on gratitude and on backwards skills
Warm-Up Activity
The purpose of our warm-up is to get kids moving and excited for the rest of class!
2-3 Rotations
Rotations may include a circuit, bar stations, beam stations, or time on the TumblTrak
This is when students try new skills!
Show-Off and Celebration
We’ll end every class by having students show off the skill they’ve learned or worked hard on that class and by celebrating our students’ successes!
